You can buy with confidence with the assurance of our "love it or leave it" program.  Most of our refurbished items can be returned for full store credit within 30 days of delivery!  We only charge a $90 pickup/redelivery fee.  Some brand new items can also be returned for credit but we do have a restocking fee as the returned item will have to be marked down.

Yes, we do have a full red carpet pinball refurbishment

program: we can pick up your pinball (or you can ship

it to us) and we'll return it/reship in "nearly new" condition!  Service

can include full technical refurbishment and full tear down/

rebuild service.  We also do new cabinet decal

applications as well, if decals are available.  Ask!

With over 30 years experience in the commercial and consumer game industry, we are all about customer service!  We know you have other choices; referral business is crucial to our success.  Please know we'll do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one.  If you live in our area, our full service INCLUDES delivery, set up and an in-home warranty service program.  And we'll be here to continue servicing you after the warranty!  If you are from outside our area, we will gladly ship your produce and we do not charge a packing fee.  We generally consider in-area delivery service to be within about a one hour drive each way from the Colorado Springs area..Denver is included!  We charge an extra $25 for deliveries that are beyond a 45 mile radius.
