You can buy with confidence with the assurance of our "love it or leave it" program.  Most of our refurbished items can be returned for full store credit within 30 days of delivery!  We only charge a $90 pickup/redelivery fee.  Some brand new items can also be returned for credit but we do have a restocking fee as the returned item will have to be marked down.

With over 30 years experience in the commercial and consumer game industry, we are all about customer service!  We know you have other choices; referral business is crucial to our success.  Please know we'll do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one.  If you live in our area, our full service INCLUDES delivery, set up and an in-home warranty service program.  And we'll be here to continue servicing you after the warranty!  We do offer a two year extended in-home warranty on most items as well.  If you live outside our area, we will pay for part of the shipping costs (since we're saving money on delivery fees) and offer phone technical support.  We generally consider in-area delivery service to be within about a two hour drive each way from the Colorado Springs area.  We charge an extra $25 for deliveries that are beyond a 45 mile radius.
