PARENTS: IF YOU SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL,

PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO BE HOME WHEN WE COME.

TWO YEARS AGO WE RECEIVED A BAD REVIEW  BECAUSE WE WOULD

NOT ENTER A HOME WITHOUT A PARENT PRESENT.

Regarding service, a parent posted a negative comment about us on the BBB site because we would

not do service in their home.  Why? Because while we were on our way, the parent informed us

they were not home but that it was "fine" to do the service with just her children home.

I didn't think (as a parent of 3) that was a good idea.  She was angry we wouldn't make an

exception given she wanted her game fixed immediately, and she would not allow us to reschedule it.

The game was long out of warranty, so it wasn't like she had just received it and we flaked out on her.  She

had recently moved to Monument from the previous address we delivered it to,

and something happened in the move process.

Instead of allowing us to reschedule, we got a bad review!  So...we wanted to explain this, and to let parents know that we will

fix your game in or out of warranty, but please know we need an adult to be home!  I hope parents

will appreciate this policy.  I did offer to send the parent above the part it likely needed, but she did not reply.

Awesome! Very excited for the update on getting our second game. Also the multi game unit continues to be a hit with our family and friends.  Had family in town from Pennsylvania this week and kids and grown ups were in the basement gaming all day. It’s been a great purchase.

I contacted John, seeing an advertisement, hanging on a Restaurant wall. I was looking for an old time pinball machine from the 90's. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and had a virtual pinball system that had just became available. I knew nothing about the virtual systems and he took the time to educate me and we upgraded the system he had suggested. He worked with my budget and went above and beyond what my expectations were. Instead of one older machine, I received a VR pinball machine with over 500 games that date from the 70's to the late 2000's.  With the upgraded visuals and sound system installed, it's hard to tell the difference. It looks and feels like the real thing. John puts no pressure on you and educates you every step of the way. He makes no changes until you authorize It. Updates  you  on the work he is doing and when to expect the machine. I was 100 % satisfied. John is truly an expert in his field.

Just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you again for our pinball machine.  It has now been 3 years since we received it and we still love it.  The machine looks great and still works fantastic.  There have been a few issues arise with it, after all it is over 30 years old now, but i do appreciate how you have always been quick to respond and help us get the issues corrected.  Thank you again for your help walking us through the machines, helping us to pick one out and getting it to our home.  We very much appreciate your help.
